On Crime & Punishment
If a person commits an act of evil or an act of wrongdoing and a person or persons bestows the same or similar act upon that person as a form of punishment, they are committing an act of evil. Jji (on crime and punishment/on evil)
Opinion without personal thought on the matter is a act of evil against humanity, and against yourself. Jji
All crimes against humanity are acts of evil. To turn a blind eye to crimes against humanity or to stand by and do nothing to stop or prevent crimes against humanity is in itself a crime against humanity and it is an act of evil.

Definition of Crimes Against Humanity: ‘crime against humanity’ means any of the following acts when committed and directed against any person or group of persons or civilian population, with knowledge of the attack:

Murder;

Extermination;

Enslavement;

Deportation or forcible transfer of population;

Severe deprivation of these liberties: freedom from arbitrary or despotic government, external or foreign rule, captivity, confinement, or physical restraint, control, interference, obligation, restriction, hampering conditions, thinking, speaking, right of doing according to choice as long as doing does not create a victim whether human, animal or ecosystem.

Torture;

Rape, sexual slavery, enforced prostitution, forced pregnancy, enforced sterilization, or any other form of sexual violence of comparable gravity;

Persecution against any identifiable group or collectivity on political, racial, national, ethnic, cultural, religious, gender, gender identity,

Enforced disappearance of persons;

The crime of apartheid;

Genocide;

War or any act taken by or on behalf of an armed force and or forces in which the objective is to gain physical and/or political power, resources or jurisdiction. Or any act of force that results in the transfer of physical and or political power, resources or jurisdiction. However, in the event that the current government or entity in power has committed crimes against humanity, it shall be acceptable for the general population to engage in an act of force that results in the transfer of power, resources or territory from the current tyrannical abusive government or power structure.

Cruel and unusual punishment

Other inhumane acts of a similar character intentionally causing great suffering, or serious injury to body or to mental or physical health.

Contributing to the creation of the environment or situation that allows for any of the above crimes against humanity, whether by direct or indirect action or failure to take action, is also a crime against humanity.
